Shipping Policy

At BOBBA BRAND, we ensure your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our delivery process:

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to all governorates across Egypt. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 1–2 business days (Within 24–48 hours)

  • Delta & Canal Cities: 2–3 business days

  • Upper Egypt & Red Sea: 3–5 business days

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days following your purchase date.

  • Processing and delivery days operate Sunday through Thursday. Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays are excluded.

3. Order Tracking & Updates

Once your package is packed and shipped, you will receive an SMS notification / WhatsApp message containing your tracking number and order status updates.

4. Inspection & Partial Delivery

  • You are welcome to inspect your package upon arrival while the courier is present.

  • Partial deliveries and open-package returns at the doorstep are allowed in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, minor delays may occur during sales, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen logistics circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
